| The Department of Computer Science offers high quality teaching for streams i.e. Maths, Statistics and Computer Science was established as an offshoot of BCA. The BCA course was introduced in 1998 - 99 and continued to give quality teaching to the students who were oriented towards Information Technology. |

| Ever since then the department has good computing facilities. There are two labs with about 40systems of P4 which are maintained meticulously. After the Government's decision to culminate with BCA course the college has introduced courses like Mathematics, Electronics with Computer Science and Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science. |

| Drop out of Students:
A few students get admitted in to professional courses and therefore drop out of the college after one to two months. This however will affect the class strength.
Learning resources of the departments – library, computers, laboratories and other resources.
The college library is well equipped with good number of Computer Science books. In addition the Lecturers have their personal collections of latest books which they share with students.
Modern teaching methods practiced and use of ICT in teaching –learning
The college provides all infrastructure facilities to enhance the quality of teaching. In addition to the black board teaching the students are encouraged to give seminar and also encouraged to participate in Quiz programmes and group discussion.
Participation of Teachers in the Academic and Personal Counseling Students:-
The Lecturers maintain good rapport with the students and counsel them for career guidance. The non academic problems are brought in to the notice of the Principal for proper action.
