1. Application for admission on a prescribed form can be purchased from the college Office on payment of Rs.100/- and submitted by all eligible candidates. No application will be entertained after the prescribed date either in person or by post.
2. No admission will be made after the last date announced for closure of admission under any circumstance.
3. All admissions will be decided on the basis of merit and communal roster (in the category to which the applicant belongs) with reference to the aggregate marks secured at the intermediate or equivalent examination subject to the rules and regulations of the college.
4. A student who is provisionally selected for admission but fails to pay the requisite fee before due date, forfeits his right to be considered again.
5. Candidate will be held 'personally' responsible for any incorrect entry in the application form. The application form should be filled duly by the candidate seeking admission in her/his own handwriting. Admissions granted inadvertently on application signed by third parties are liable to be cancelled at any stage. Entries made in the submitted application form will not permitted to be changed under any circumstance.
6. Duly attested Xerox copy of caste certificate (for B.C., S.C., S.T. candidate) obtained competent authority of Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, shall be submitted.
7. Incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
8. Selected candidates are required to submit the following original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies (duly attested).
   
   1. T.C from the Institution where the candidate studied Intermediate or its Equivalent.
   2. Pass Certificate/ Provisional Certificate of the Qualifying Examination.
   3. Memorandum of Marks.
   4. Study Certificate/ Bonafide Certificate of School and Intermediate.
   5. Proof of Local/Non-Local candidate according to the rules in force.
   6. B.C., S.C., S.T. Certificate issued by competent authority.
   7. Relevant certificate in respect of candidate selected for admission on Sports/NCC/Extra-Curricular, EX-Servicemen and Physically Handicapped quota etc should be enclosed.
   8. 4 recent stamp size photographs of the candidate.
9. The college reserves the right to deny admission at any stage, if granted against the rules (in force).
